"Most people have no idea how good their body is designed to feel," is a quote I came across early on in my yoga practice and it really settled in with me. As I began my yoga teacher training to earn my 200-hour RYT certificate, I decided to make it my mission to help people learn how good their bodies can feel. From private sessions to general advice, I'm here to help you feel your very best!

Private Classes & Events

Whether you're looking to schedule a yoga party for your next special event or deepen your personal practice, I'd love to flow with you!

Examples of past requests:

  • Bridal showers, baby shower, bachelor/bachelorette parties, birthday parties, etc.

  • Office parties, work events, and conferences.

  • Residential/community sessions.

  • Weekly/semi-weekly/monthly private lessons.

Prices of private yoga classes vary depending on the number of participants, date/time, length of class, location, and any add-ons you're looking to enhance your experience (mats, blocks, oils, etc.).

A minimum of a month advance notice is strongly encouraged, though not required, for booking a private yoga group class.

Send me an email with more details so we can start planning to customize your private group class to best fit your needs. If known, please provide the following information in your email:

  • Your name

  • Your phone number

  • Type of event

  • Estimated number of participants

  • Location

  • Length of class (ex. 60 minutes)

  • Date/time

As a certified Ayurveda Specialist and Ayurvedic Nutritionist, I can assist in harmonizing your mind-body-spirit. In our sessions, I can determine and analyze your unique Body Constitution and advise on dietary, seasonal, daily, and nightly routines to help you achieve your goals.
